Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation email summarizing the items purchased, pricing, and billing details. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Mushmora reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized transactions.

One-Time Purchase Cancellations

Orders for one-time purchases may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order begins processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Subscription Enrollment and Billing Authorization

By purchasing a subscription product, you expressly authorize Mushmora to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected at checkout. Subscription details, including billing frequency, pricing, and renewal terms, are clearly disclosed prior to purchase and confirmed via email after checkout.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the customer account portal or by contacting customer support at info@mushmora.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Charges processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Changes to Subscription Orders

Customers may update billing information, shipping details, pause a subscription, or adjust delivery frequency by accessing their account or contacting support, provided changes are made before the next order enters processing.


Failed Payments and Reactivation

If a subscription payment fails, Mushmora may attempt to reprocess the charge using the authorized payment method. Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully completed.

No Retroactive Refunds

Subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable once processed. Mushmora does not provide retroactive refunds for unused time, missed cancellation requests, or partially fulfilled subscription periods.

Chargeback Prevention

Customers agree to contact Mushmora customer support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Mushmora is committed to resolving billing-related concerns promptly and fairly. In the event of a dispute, evidence of policy acceptance, billing authorization, and customer communications may be provided to the payment processor.

Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, customers confirm that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
